Specialised Sessions

Sessions tailored to your own needs and goals, with personalised attention and guidance.

Improve your strength, flexibility, balance and range of motion with appropriate and safe exercises that cover the needs of this age group, make your body more functional and ensure a better living standard. Pilates is a great form of exercise for those with Osteoporosis too!

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey and Pilates can make it even better! Based on research, incorporating Pilates into your prenatal routine can reduced labor pain, making the childbirth experience more comfortable and the journey smoother. It also strengthens the pelvic floor muscles and therefore helps to prevent issues like urinary incontinence and organ prolapse.   Most importantly Pilates during pregnancy helps your body to have a better and faster recovery after labor.

Structural imbalances, incorrect body alignment and wrong movement patterns can lead to injuries. Pilates teaches you to have body awereness and to maintain a correct posture. It strengthens all muscle groups equally and teaches you to move your body in a safer and more functional way, preventing existing injuries to get worse and new to happen.
